About "Stack It Up"

Some might see the title or the cover art of my new song and think - isn’t it just another “rapping about money song?”

If you listen a bit deeper, you’ll notice the track isn’t about material wealth. It’s about spiritual wealth. When we’re singing “Stack It Up” we mean those spiritual treasures that can’t be taken away - love, service, kindness, humility, etc.

The verse I speak at the end, Matthew 6:19-20 says this:

19 “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal."

My hope is that this song encourages you to remember that money isn't everything, and we're here to "Stack It Up", for the next life as well.
